Dilution levels:
Heavy grease on machinery 1:2 to 1:5
Oily floors or walls 1:10
General surface maintenance 1:15 to 1:30
Spray or foam system use 1:20 to 1:50
Use undiluted (neat) only for extremely greasy parts with heavy carbon buildup.
VERUS Industrial Degreaser Cleaning Process
1. Surface Assessment
Identify the material: metal, plastic, concrete, or coated surface.
Determine the level of grease, oil, or carbon contamination.
2. Prepare the Degreaser Solution
Dilute the industrial degreaser as per cleaning requirement:
Application Area Dilution Ratio (Degreaser : Water)
Heavy grease on machinery 1:2 to 1:5
Oily floors or walls 1:10
General surface maintenance 1:15 to 1:30
Spray or foam system use 1:20 to 1:50
Use undiluted (neat) only for extremely greasy parts with heavy carbon buildup.
3. Application Methods
Manual Scrubbing:
Apply degreaser using brush, sponge, or spray bottle.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes (soak time depends on grease level).
Scrub with a nylon brush or scouring pad.
Spray or Foam Application:
Use foam sprayer or pressure sprayer to cover large areas.
Let the foam penetrate 5–15 minutes.
Scrub if necessary, then rinse.
Soaking (Dip Tank):
For dismantled parts (metal components, filters, engine parts).
Soak in diluted degreaser for 15–30 minutes.
Rinse with water and air dry.
4. Rinsing
Use high-pressure water or clean cloth to rinse off the degreaser.
For sensitive components, use a damp cloth to wipe and dry.
5. Drying
Air dry or use a clean microfiber cloth.
Ensure no residue remains on the surface.
6. Post-Cleaning Check
Inspect surface for leftover grease or streaks.
Repeat process if needed for stubborn buildup.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep it away from children.
